Wow. You were along for the whole ride.
At a time in my life that
sapped my natural energy,
tested my emotions – limitlessly,
challenged my physical well-being,
and called on me to muster the courage
to endure the fight within
(I didn’t know it was there!),

It was difficult, to say the least.
